I was extremely satisfied with Jared Kinder - he is well informed, polite and clean. I have specifically asked for him a couple of times now and he does not disappoint.
Ken was great! There was a timing conflict and he did what he could to accommodate us. We really appreciated it. His work was excellent.

I am very pleased with all aspects of your service, in particular the work done for me by Mr. Ken Smith on two separate occasions. I would not call any other plumber. I have recommended him to my neighbor, who is having the same plumbing issues that I've had. She has had two plumbers tell her the problem could not be fixed. I told her Ken can fix it! Service is great!

The great Customer Service your team provided in this sticky situation was MUCH appreciated, and the ownership of responsibility is something that will never be forgotten. Extreme sense of urgency is something I look for when I pick up the phone and need help - you guys haven't let me down there yet!!
