I just wanted to take a minute and compliment the work … [done by Dylan] at our home. We had a problem with an outdated valve in the master bath which did not work properly ... Another plumber had not been able to fix the problem but Dylan stuck with it and in several attempts to was to finally find the right part and install the valve correctly. He is a very good example of your company's motto of solving the problems the other plumbers cannot fix. Our thanks to him and your company for the fine work.
