He diagnosed a shower pan problem that requires a special restoration company to remedy and provided the name of one I am currently consulting with for this issue. Kevin went the extra mile to provide that reference, and I'm grateful. I will definitely call Saddleback Plumbing again if a plumbing issue needs addressing.
