I have utilized Saddleback Plumbing before and expected excellent performance. Once again I received that. From the lady receptionist, the coordinator, who kept me informed on the time the technician would be available, to the technician, (Memo). who after a few words with me went to work and repaired my sink and toilet. He kept me informed on his estimated work and with changes the price changes. He completed his work quickly and solved all the problems. I will use Saddleback Plumbing again.
I had a major issue with carbon monoxide poisoning!! I ended up in the hospital for the afternoon. After I had the Gas Company come out I contacted Saddleback Plumbing for advice. Chris was out within the hour! He explained that it could have been caused by a blocked vent( my roof was being replaced at the same time)but that my water heater was 20 years old and should be replaced. With his advice I had the roofing company come back to inspect the vents and they were "replaced".
His advice was very helpful and he and his assistant were very professional, & "safe" (masks and social distancing). My new water heater is installed and working fine!!
The service was excellent at a very fair price. I was confident in Chris' abilities and judgement. He diagnosed and repaired the problem very efficiently.

dispatch was very communicative about the ETA of the technician. the technician, showed up in mask, gloves and with booties. He was very careful in the home to not touch anything, and did a very clean job on the repairs.
