Plumbing "issues" can be one of the most stressful for a homeowner. But Saddleback Plumbing goes a long way toward alleviating that. We have used them for years -- and don't intend to ever switch. They are consummate professionals, showing complete courtesy to my wife and I, and, though it sounds odd to say it, they respected our house as well. Chris, the lead guy, (apologies for not remembering the name of his wingman), was personable and highly competent. I don't often write reviews, but I am compelled to do so in this case because I know there are other people out there direly in need of a company as reliable as Saddleback Plumbing.
We had such an awesome experience woth Chris and with Saddleback plumbing. One of our faucet handles had broken off. We were afraid that we were going to need a new faucet and incur significant expenses. Chris came and told us we needed to get new parts. He told us that they could order the parts, but that we could likely get them for free under Pfister's warranty plan. He instructed us how to go about doing this. He was right and this obviously saved us a lot of money.
After we received our parts, Chris came back and installed them. He charged us an extremely reasonable price and our faucet works like a new faucet! Chris is honest, polite, and very good at his job. We will definitely be using Saddleback Plumbing for any future issues that arise.
