The response to our first call with Saddleback, the actual work, the service man, were all excellent. I would like to have received an itemised invoice with labor, parts separated. I estimated he was here doing the work necessary to clear a block in the toilet and replace a drain in the kitchen took about 2 hours. The invoice was a flat total amount of $432.00 with a veterans $20.00 discount. Although I did not voice my opinion, i feel this was quite high for the small amount of work done. That is why I requested by email what are the labor rates. Thanks Jim
After getting frustrated with my last plumber for his lack of communication and multiple rescheduled appointments, I called Saddleback Plumbing and they were at my house within an hour. Chris was professional and even handed me my Amazon package as he introduced himself at my front door. He was in and out in under 30 minutes. I am more than satisfied from the overall service and price of the repair. Saddleback Plumbing has moved to the top of my list for any plumbing repairs I need.
Saddleback Plumbing responded quickly when my water heater began leaking. The only negative was that the new water heater was physically larger and was very difficult to get into the closet. I had to remove the door latch to get it in. I will definitely call Saddleback for my next water heater problem.
