I had a problem with my toilet making running noises and a dripping shower head. Scott came and fixed both, gave great and comprehensive explanations as to what the problem was and quoted the price to fix it before he started the work. He was extremely knowledgable, polite and courteous and I felt like I could trust him. He found a problem with the water regulator valve on my house that was causing these plumbing problems and fixed everything very quickly. Scott provided excellent customer service!
