Saddleback Plumbing Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join our team. For 30 years, Saddleback has provided exceptional service to our community. We are looking for a professional HVAC technician with outstanding customer service to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will be able to fulfill the following responsibilities and requirements:

• Minimum of three years’ experience that includes hands on training and/or work.
• Know how to establish customer rapport and recommend the right solutions.
• Present yourself as a professional and knowledgeable.
• Understand your sales criteria and exceed revenue goals.
• Must have a mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with strong verbal and written skills.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a great attitude on life.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000 - $125,000 per year
