Friendly service. Plumber had to return, however, second visit resolved the issue, which was covered under Saddleback Plumbing's warranty.
Saddleback Plumbing has the best plumbers ever! They are professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring. We have relied on them to fix minor and major problems in our home. They have explained things thoroughly so that we could understand the repairs that were necessary. We highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

There technician, Memo is an impressive guy. He came in to investigate, gave me his theory on what's going on, ran additional tests and concluded what the issue was and continued to take the time to explain to me what the next steps should be. Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.
