All I could do was think the worst when I saw water leaking into the grarage from our bathroom. With the recomendation of my sister I called Saddleback Plumbing and asked for Ken. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a slab leak which he capped. He came back a few days later to reroute the water line. I was so impressed with Ken's professionalism, thoroughness and willingness to descibe exactly what he would do to correct the problem. He was also helpful in explaining steps to take in notify my insurance company and restoration company. I appreciate his kindness and feel like I now have my own "personal plumber." Ken performed some maintenance work (toilet, sink and gas line) for me on his second visit, which he completed quickly. I am extremely happy with Saddleback Plumbing and feel that Ken is an asset to the company and a professional one can trust and rely on. Thank you!
