I am so grateful to Saddleback plumbing who came out today because I was having problems with one of our toilets which is a Toto.... Hard to flush but the gentleman who came out his name was " Walt" informed me it was just a hard to flush toilet and there was no charge. I feel like you just don't find this kind of honesty anymore in the world he could have told me anything and charged me..... my husband recently passed away so this was greatly appreciated.
Saddleback Plumbing was able to come out to our home in a timely manner to address a water leak. The service person was very knowledgeable and able to identify the source of the leak quickly. It turned out to be in a wall between the kitchen and dining room. He was able to fix the leak and referred us to a restoration company they would recommend. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs as well.
I have always had a great experience with this company. They are the only company we call for plumbing needs.
One of our toilets was leaking at the base. I called Saddleback and they had someone out that day. Walt (the repairman) was great.
Ken was on time and very proficient. He explained the process and also offered suggestions for better water flow in the sink.
Technician arrived on time. Introduced himself and set to work. He confirmed my diagnosis and reviewed the replacement faucet I had purchased. He did try to upsell me on garbage disposal replacement and water shutoff valve replacement, but not a hard sell. He ended up just replacing the faucet as I had requested. He knew his plumbing steps. He did a good job and explained the features of my new electronic faucet and battery replacement. He cleaned up and left everything in order. The faucet is working well and no more drip!

I am very satisfied with the job Tech Chrisc performed on fixing and repairing my bathroom toilet tank. He replaced whatever parts are necessary including tank bolts that was broken off that caused the leak under the tank. My bathroom toilet tank was rebuild. Tech Chrisc was very professional and did his job in a timely manner. I would recommend this particular company to anybody anytime. They do a very thorough job for sure.
