They were prompt, responsive and reasonable
On time did the work quickly, however a little pricy.
Had new washer and dryer installed. The old faucet handle would not close, and they came out quick to remove and replace. They credited the initial service fee toward the repair. Fair and honest.
I've used Saddleback for plumbing and HVAC needs for years. Always had good communication, on time service and precise quotes. I've had a couple of plumbing issues fixed as well as a new HVAC installation. The HVAC install was very professionally done. They responded quickly when my old compressor died and were able to install an all new system in a very short time frame. All work has never required a return visit. A+
Mike helped us before and after new bathroom countertops were installed. Plumbing had to be disconnected, then reinstalled, He put in two new faucets and repaired old leaky plumbing in one bathroom. His workmanship was excellent and he was very careful to clean up well, was personable and respectful of our property. We will be happy to have him come back for any of our plumbing needs.
They did a great job. The install was clean and no mess was left behind. I will continue to use SPHA in the future.
