Vincent showed up on time, clearly diagnosed and explained the problem, and repaired it in a timely fashion. All in all I was happy with Vincent and the service I received.
Found the issue and fixed it quickly. I had to make the hole in the drywall, I made it where he indicated... easy to do!
We have been depending on Saddleback Plumbing for over 20 yrs. There are two primary reasons for this. First, they are 100% professional -- they do the job right the 1st time, they thoroughly clean up after themselves, and they don't rip us off. Secondly, every worker they have ever sent to our house has been a nice guy. They do good work, they are pleasant to interact with. I don't think you can ask for more than that.
Walt there Technician was very nice and professional he was able to figure out the problem right away And was very reassuring that nothing was wrong with the water system,I've used them many times before and always am happy with their service and the knowledge of their technicians!
