John was very meticulous in dealing with my lawn drain problem. He removed some of my lawn and you could hardly tell that the lawn was removed when he was done. Saddleback pluming is great!

Chris is expert in finding plumbing leaks. Once he finds it, he is very knowledgeable in his ability to understand the cause of the leak. Then, he explains what he is going to do before he repairs it. He is also amazingly agiile to reach into difficult places to replace a cracked sewer pipe in the ceiling. He tested the repair and explained what he did. There were no surprises and the price was very reasonable. Respecrtful of one's property, he left the area clean and was also careful to protect the area with clean plastic sheeting before he started. Very professional! Has 18 years of experience and it shows!
Saddleback reconfigured our bathroom plumbing and installed new toilets. Work was professionally and meticulously done from initial assessment to finished project. Open communications and respect for home were exemplary as was the attention to detail. Will definitely use again in the future
