People were ontime, did a perfect job installing a new furnace and AC unit, completed the job on time, were very reasonable.
We had one plumber come, who fixed most everything; however, one sink was still loose. When we called back to let them know, they sent a different plumber promptly, without any new charges, and fixed our sink! We are very thankful for their service.

How great was your service!! My thermostat suddenly stopped working and your technician came out within a few hours to check it out. The problem turned out to be two dead AA batteries. He replaced the batteries and all was well. I couldn't be more pleased with your service!!
My water pressure was way too high so I called to have the pressure relief valve replaced. Got an immediate appointment for the following day. they called back and offered to do the job later the same day and it was done in no time. Their plumber was fast, professional and courteous. I have used Saddleback many times over the years ... always great service.
