I was pleasantly surprise with my service. Danny was on-time and came prepared. Danny respected my home and respectfully had protection and ready to not bring soil into my home. Danny knew exactly what he was doing without hesitation. He was focused and methodical with the process. Danny's personality was warm and made me feel comfortable. I have two toy poodles who bark when a stranger comes into my home. When Danny knocked on the door the dogs barked. All Danny did was give them a little pat and they never barked again. At that point I knew Danny could be trusted. I was so impressed I decided to purchase a yearly contract for future service. Saddleback Heating & Plumbing hired an employee who will be a valuable asset to their team.
