I'm so glad we found Saddleback Plumbing, Heating, & Air to replace our old A/C unit. My mom has used them to install a unit at her house and has been extremely happy with their work. The staff was always courteous and pleasant to interact with. They kept the front door closed for the safety of my pets. They answered all of my questions, were very knowledgeable, and checked with an electrician before grounding the compressor. I also like the quality of the product. The Lennox unit is quiet and efficient. I would highly recommend them for an A/C and furnace replacement!

We have been dealing with Home Depot's local installers for over 6-weeks. Each of their four visits ended in an excuse why they could not install the dishwasher due to policy or not being prepared with the right items. Each time required us to wait for another opening in their schedule.
Having had another excellent experience with Saddleback Plumbing (install sink faucets), I reached out to see if they would do all that was necessary to install our new dishwasher. They indicated they would and apologized when the earliest they could come was a couple of days later. After waiting for 9-16 days at a time for each unsuccessful visit by Home Depot installers, waiting a couple of days was a pleasant surprise.
They showed up on time, installed the dishwasher and charged us less than $100 more than Home Depot was going to charge us. Had I known it would have been this easy, I would have planned on using Saddleback from the beginning. They are professional, have what is needed to complete the work in the first visit, and provide their services at a good value.
I am happy to offer a positive recommendation.

I am so relaxed and confident while a Saddleback tech is in my home fixing our home's issues. I know without a doubt that everything will be fixed and working at 100% when they;re done. We have used Saddleback Plumbing for a number of years. Their technicians are always very professional, friendly and respectful. Saddleback also did a complete repipe of our house. We have always had great service. We would never use anyone else.
