I would highly recommend Saddleback Plumbing. Specifically, I had a sump pump die unexpectedly and the basin filled up with water.
Saddleback was very responsive, quickly calling me back, and scheduling an appointment for the next day. Luckily, later that day, a separate appointment was cancelled so they called back and actually came out the same day to provide a free estimate.
Memo was extremely helpful in thoroughly explaining the issue and recommended solution. I consider myself handy for basic plumping needs (toilet replacement, facet, etc...) but am not completely familiar with sump pumps. Memo educated me on the proposed solution and specifically the need for my house. There was no sales pressure at all and they were able to expedite delivery to install a new pump within 2 days of providing the free estimate.
Memo was very professional, on time, completely cleaned up area, and you can trust the high level of work. He thoroughly tested the new sump pump with me there so I was aware of how it worked as well as back up alarm system. I highly recommend Saddleback Plumbing.

I have used Saddleback Plumbing because of their professional service. They have put in toilets for me, fixed leaks, replaced faucets and repiped my house. Victor listened to description of the problem, told us how he planned to solve it and then fixed it without adding new parts or other unnecessary upcharges. He also took a few minutes to check for moisture in the drywall in another part of the house. This is our second very good experience with Saddleback and we plan to always make you our first call.
