After having a flood 1 yr. 8mo. ago, I had to call after hours.Spoke with Maria who dispatched Dylan within the hour. He was great, professional and explained what he was doing to replace the pipe that caused the pin hole leak. Also called Jarvis Restoration since he recommended them. We hadn't used them but Dylan explained Saddleback Plumbing recommended Jarvis. So far we are satisfied with Jarvis and hope to use them again if the end result is postitive.

I needed a same day service and called 2 companies prior to Saddleback Plumbing. They were unprofessional when even picking the phone up. Saddleback Plumbing was able to accommodate a same day visit and the technician came at the quoted time, was courteous, and professional. The problem was fixed immediately with also a plan to monitor for further future issues.
