Another excellent experience with Saddleback. The person I first spoke with was helpful, cheerful, and friendly. The technician walked in and said he thought he already knew what was wrong. He was very competent, and I hope we are lucky to have him back again in the future. Because of this experience, Saddleback is now my heating/AC repair/maintenance provider.
