I am writing this review out of nothing but respect for Saddleback Plumbing ownership and their focus on doing the right things for the right reasons. I have used Saddleback Plumbing for years, and they have been amazing every time. We recently had an outdoor plumbing issues with our drains and roots that they came out to take a look at.
Long story short, the problem was much more complicated than it appeared on the surface and Saddleback was amazing at referring us to a specialist that does outdoor landscaping, they also made sure that they were upfront about what they would be the right partner for and where there was someone else that specializes on the issue I was having.
They made me 100% whole from a cost perspective and professionals the from start to finish. It's easy to find service providers to do a job, it's really hard to find ETHICAL and HONEST businesses that will stand by their commitment to quality and customer service. People and relationships first. From the very top down, I have nothing but respect for Saddleback Plumbing and how they handled my recent service request.
Chris was ahead of schedule for my appointment. He provided knowledgable insight and was honest in his suggestions and opinions. I would highly recommend him.

On Monday we had sagging paint on the wall and knew we had a leak. Saddleback Plumbing couldn't come until Tuesday so we risked it and put down towels and waited. Memo came on time and within minutes got our approval to contact a remediation company to cut the drywall and test for asbestos. While we were waiting for them to arrive, we asked him to fix some valve issues which he did. He also pointed out some issues that we could fix with our faucets if we contacted the manufacturer. When the remediation company arrived and cut the drywall, Memo quickly found and fixed the leak. A few days later when the remediation company thought they found a leak in his valve repair, Memo returned quickly, and everyone agreed that the repair was fine. We would definitely use Saddleback Plumbing again. Their electronic billing was very clear and easy to use.
The guys were fast, efficient and friendly!! Love Saddleback!! They're the first call I make when it comes to a plumbing, heating and a/c issue!
Memo was excellent in service! I would not hesitate to use them for any of our repairs!
