Always professional, clean and on time
Scott came over and put in a new shower manifold and outstanding. Later I asked for him to do the plumbing for the new sink cabinet. He changed the hot and cold lines, plus the drain for the cabinet. Everything was "right-on" and everything worked out fine. Couldn't be better. Easy to talk to, was clean doing his job and explained everything to the "T". If I need any more work done, he is the one I'll ask for.....great job..
We were extremely satisfied with Agustin's work. He was able to detect our water leak quickly and make the repairs needed in a very satisfactory manner. He was very good about explaining everything that needed to be done. We would definitely recommend and use Saddleback Plumbing again.

I called Saddleback to service my Mother's home that is now in our family Trust to replace a faucet and then make a second trip to check the tub drain. We now have a tenant in the property that needed these issues addressed.
Scott Pierce came out to the house. He was on time and efficient.
He also did a follow-up call. I give Saddleback a 5 star for their customer service and follow-up.
