Our water heater tech arrived on time and completed the install in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we have apparently an odd placement for the heater. I took a few photos and called Jared and shared with him. His response was to immediately schedule another appt to REINSTALL the water heater to fit better. There was no hesitation whatsoever and the second install made us extremely happy! I think they are a bit expensive, but their personal service and willingness to fix what we thought wasn't quite right is priceless!
