Ken Smith, plumber extraordinaire, did not disappoint when he expertly installed our new whole house water system. Although we were most pleased with our previous whole house water system results, the hassles and costs of getting maintenance service from the previous company was not worth the money and frustration. Ken is definitely skilled, takes pride in his work, and readily explains what he is doing and why. We could not be more pleased with the service Saddleback Plumbing provides. Scott saved the day! My husband was out of town when the the sewer main backed up. We had had problems with tree roots before but my husband had always been there to fix it. Well it was rainy and on a Saturday evening and Scott couldn't have been nicer. He was able to open the access cap in the garage that had been un-openable since we moved in 30 years ago. It was a laborious job but Scott did it skillfully and was considerate of the surrounding area. I was so happy to have things 'flowing' again! I knew before he came that there would be an overtime charge and I happily paid it. Scott was great at explaining things and did a fantastic job!
Our tech was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. We appreciated the water heater was delivered to him instead of him having to go and get it, which saved a lot of time.
