Scott was able to show up earlier than the appointment by notifying me of an earlier available time to address a wall leak the day after Christmas. Put on shoe covers without being asked (***** just for this, thank you!).
He covered all relevant surfaces to prevent further damage and promptly found the problem. Efficient and professional repair. Will definitely ask for him next time.

Had water leak, the technician found roots in the pipe, cleaned it out. Technician was very good, friendly and very helpful.

They are upfront, honest and fair. I broke the main water line on Sunday evening. Left a message on their phone and got a call back from Jerry in about 15 minutes. I appreciated the fact that he said it is going to cost me overtime (about $280) to come on a weekend. No other plumbing company I called told me that. I decided to have have them come over on Monday instead. Kenny showed up at 8:00 am sharp. My house being about 50 years old, he told me that he may have to change the whole water line that will cost me over $4000. But once he dug up, he found that the pipes were good and he fixed it locally where the pipe was broken. He even added a shut off valve - all for $275. I am quite sure some other plumber would have tried to rip me off.
I am overall very satisfied with the quality of his work and also their work ethics.

Service repairman, Richard Melvin, was excellent and hardworking. He was one of the best that has ever done work at my home and I have had a lot of plumbing problems. Highly recommend Saddleback Plumbing to anyone.

I recently called for check of my hydronic heating system which stopped working after recent re-pipe. Service was quick, on time and the thought was that some of the piping may have been installed incorrectly creating the problem of no heating. He did not take things apart, which would have cost hundreds of dollars but suggested to contact the re-pipe company and have them take a look, before encountering any additional cost. And that is exactly what the problem was. Re-pipe company made the repairs needed and heating is on. Thank you Saddleback Plumbing for your great customer service. AND to top it all off, they did not even charge a service call fee....Thank you again, you are appreciated!
