Their tech Memo is the greatest plumber in the history of plumbing. Highly professional and I never felt that he was going to exploit my slab leak to take all my money. He said that he didn't have to do a full re-pipe, but suggested that I should, because these things tend to happen en mass in new developments like mine. I went for the full re-pipe and the neighbor didn't. Guess who saved ten grand because of Memo's consideration
Saddleback Plumbing is one of the rare ones where you really feel that they are not exploiting your problem. I really can't believe that I forked out that kind of money and felt good about it.

John P has just finished a fantastic renewal and upgrade on all our plumbing fixtures and water heater. He has been efficient and clean. But the best part is that he is proud of the work that he does, and doesn't cut on quality of his work. He is efficient. He is neat and leaves things look like he wasn't even here. He discusses when there are problems and gives his recommendations. He his aware of costs, but emphasizes that quality wins in the long run. We look forward to having John again in our biannual checkup.
Great service. Memo has been our service technician for a few plumbing issues at our house over the past year. He has truly been excellent. He is very knowledgable, honest, personable, thorough and has just saved us hundreds of dollars by accomplishing a repair on our water main that a competing plumbing company said couldn't be done without walkway demolition and replacement. Had water heater pilot light go out (Wouldn't relight) on a Friday evening just after five PM. (after closing time). Scott the dispatcher returned my emergency message promptly, explained the emergency pricing and regular Saturday service. I chose the less expensive appointment on Saturday morning. Our technician was a little late but grace given as this was one of the busiest times due to severe hot weather. Jon, our tech explained the options - ranging from totally new water heater, replacement of the "guts" and finally simple repair of the one part that should get it operational - price went from $1500, to $800 to $300. He advised on the quality level of our existing equipment - matched my research. I would recommend Saddleback based on the very good service provided by Jon and Scott.
